Tim Davis, is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors. (ASHI #252417)

He is a native St. Louisan born in St. Louis, Missouri and his family later moved to northern Jefferson County and graduated from Fox Senior High School.  After graduation Tim went on to St. Louis Community College and then went to Ranken Technical School where he earned his certification as an Automotive Mechanic. Following his somewhat short career as an auto mechanic, he studied to receive his Missouri Real Estate License.

 

As an agent working for a local realtor he developed an interest in remodeling and construction, working with some of his other associate agents with remodeling and repairing homes. He then traveled to Chicago to receive professional training from an accredited school teaching building inspections. After Tim returned to St. Louis he worked with a local inspection company, while working their he decided to open his own business. Now as owner of Top to Bottom Home Inspections he provides quality detailed building inspections throughout the St. Louis Metro area, by relying on his expertise and passion to be the best.  TIm enjoys the outdoors and loves to go camping and hiking with friends and family in his free time.
